The quantity within the gripper (in m³) is ascertained by the crane control and sent to the Software for bunker management. This software bookmarks this filled location with a timestamp. In the process of regrouping the bunker management follows the stored trash quantity on the basis of theold filling position, the timestamp as well as the the new filling position. Only after the trash is transported into the furnace, it will be deleted from the management software.

By an independent screen, the crane operator sees the displayed current bunker profile at his actual crane position. By colour coding the crane operator can recognize the age of the individual trash layers. Importantly, by the re-grouping of old trash to other positions and the followed stack up by "new" trash, the system can easily trace back the positions of old trash. Trash material that has exceeded a certain time frame, will be marked by a flashing icon. This information will also be retained on shift changeover or operator change.
